Set of 2 Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Plates. Two plates from the Royal Copenhagen black fluted collection. This was a limited edition production and has been discontinued for a while. They are very rare and hard to find. The plates are large, statement dinner plates measuring 27cm and have a Royal Copenhagen signature fluted texture, finished in a matte black glaze. They are quite heavy and substantial, heavier than normal 27cm Royal Copenhagen porcelain plates. These black plates coordinate really well with the black mega fluted 22cm plates. The white/black mega plates in the photo are not included in this listing, and are just there for size and color reference.

The plates are 1st quality and are in excellent pre-owned condition. They have only been used a total of 5 times. There are no chips, scratches or cracks. There are some very small silvery marks in the center.

This is part of the patina process for this specific glaze and are not considered defects. They are not scratches but transfer marks from cutlery and will be there if the plates are used. They are visible only in certain direct bright lighting. I tried to take photos in very bright, overhead light to show them.
