Roco 63013 HO gauge DB BR 628 two car DMU set in Red livery

  
This very nice HO gauge two car diesel multiple unit set by Roco is 63013 a DB BR 628 DMU in red livery, the leading car has running number 628 220-6. The DB Class 628 is a twin-car, diesel multiple unit operated by the Deutsche Bahn for local passenger rail services.

They were introduced between 1974 and 1981, with different variants being built up to 1995. They have proved to be reliable and economical in practice. Now that newer vehicles have appeared, the 628s are becoming a bit outdated. On some 628s, new passenger information systems with automatic announcements and displays for the next stop have been installed and in many regions ticket machines have also been fitted, as had been planned in the original design. The unit is in excellent condition as you can see in the pictures, it is tested and runs with working interior lights, and headlights in the leading car, a complete external visual inspection has shown that the overall condition is very good.

It comes complete with its box. The box is in good condition. Overall this is a really nice scale train and would look fantastic on a layout.
