These BOXED US Fairbank and Morse type Santa Fe locos are both powered, Each bogie is motorized. So we have here 4 engines in a special US set up on a three rail configuration. I tested them connected in tandem on DC 12 Volts and they pull like a monster. Lights work too and the leading Unit has a dedicated switch under the belly to change direction of travel if needed.
